Thanks, and actually I think that is exactly what I meant and what I need. I don’t feel connected to my breath and I’ve noticed I’ve been holding my body tight, perhaps in response to a lot of change, and my sense is that learning to breathe again might be very good for my mental, physical and spiritual health. So whether you meant to or not, you’ve provided me with motivation to pursue this. Peace, Harlon
