I don’t know much about hot irons and striking, but when the candles have all been burned, rest in the love of your creator. The earth will bring you to the sun again and the future will take care of itself.
Elegantly said JoAnna, I too like to keep my knowledge of irons and striking and a bare minimum. I agree, what is important when the candles burn down, is to return to faith and hope and the light returns. Peace and love, Harlon
Thanks Serena, there is always light at the end of the tunnel and the clarity that comes after a storm. Sometimes I think we just have to allow ourselves to be in a darker place, and then drawing from lived experience, I – and with support i.e. xo you xo, we find the light and it seems brighter than before. Love, Harlon
If you have time, i wrote a post yesterday titled, “goals/pride”, and it talks about the last year for me, everything I went through, and how good life is now ♥ Believe me, Harlon, all of this struggle will be so worth it in the end. I see a lot of me in you! Lots of love! xo
Thanks Serena, I will always make time to read something you write – because I do feel that connection of shared experiences. I just read your post – I think the world should read it. I love your inner and outer beauty, your courage, the way you inspire me and I truly value our friendship. Love, Harlon

Oh, you sweet soul you! I just adore you, Harlon, and value our friendship so much as well! You are all-around wonderful, and my world is so much brighter with you in it! ♥ xo
Thanks Val, just capturing a moment, not a place I stay in for long, but I think it’s important to be real with the different emotions that surface. Writing about it and sharing is great therapy – after all, it is all about finding the middle ground, right? Love, Harlon
What a beautiful photograph, Harlon.
I feel like there is something about the bright light of your heart coming through, and the bright light of all our hearts together. Words escape me.
May your future be bright.

Oh…(blushing) it was supposed to be a joke. I meant a pitch like in baseball. A strike like when the batter misses the pitch. Note to self – don’t tell jokes.

Laine Anne, definitely a curve ball if not somewhat of a slider.
Thanks, Harlon
