By Nature

I went for a wonderful hike today along the Bruce Trail with my sister. For someone who struggles with winter, it was a sheer delight to see the early spring woodland flowers begin to bloom. The beginning of life. The rebirth of the senses.ย As the day comes to an end, I feel serene, healthy and grateful.

tostartI’ll let the flora and fauna do the rest of the talking. Yes, we did see three deer but I didn’t get their picture, but it blows my mind and I love it that they are still living and surviving out in the wild not far from me.

  1. This hike was powerful medicine. I agree with Michael – that giant blue cohosh photo is something special, beautiful and dramatic. I’d frame it and hang it on the wall, make prints and maybe enter it in a contest.

  2. You’re a trail blazer, Harlon. Always knew it.

Great photos, too! The giant blue cohosh put me into sensory overload for a few seconds. Had to reboot and take it from the top… ๐Ÿ™‚

    Peace
