I have exactly that written on my fridge! “Leave well enough alone”
I wrote it a year ago when I had spent some time “fixing” a few things that in retrospect could have been left alone, and would have saved a lot of trouble had I done so!
I think we are traveling in the same energy, my friend! It’s just a phase and all we can do is be responsible for OUR thoughts and actions (non-actions.)
Much love to you, Harlon 💙
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to learn that. I hope I’m getting better at it. Hey, is that a photo near where you live? It’s magnificent! Is that purple on those rocks?
I wish that photo was taken near me, however it is from my recent visit to San Diego. You have a great eye that you pick on those beautiful flowers. I am not too sure what exactly they are, but they looked like pink icing on the sides of the coast. Pink icing is always a good thing. And yes, how many times have I reminded myself about that lesson of leaving well enough alone. It’s so simple, but sometime simple isn’t always easy.Hugs, Harlon
Isn’t it odd how we can make things hard on ourselves. For me, the great thing about ageing is common sense is becoming a bit more common for me. Your friend, Harlon

🙂 We humans need to leave nature alone. She doesn’t need fixing or much change!
