Being in the moment
can be difficult for me.
There are so many moments,
how do I find singularity?
My life is falling into pieces,
right before my eyes,
regarding the recent occurrence of events
that should be no surprise.
I am neither here nor there,
without a balanced state of mind.
I don’t think it’s any wonder
that the strength I need I can’t find.
The river is not deep,
the current is not strong,
I can keep moving forward
as long as I keep moving along.
I’m trying to find peace
with what’s going on inside
but it feels like a struggle
to find the balance with the outside.
It’s about change
about the way things are
I won’t let things alter the course
and carry me downstream too far.
If I tread lightly,
to my own self be good,
I can cross any obstacle
at least I think I could.
The river is not deep,
the current is not strong,
I can keep moving forward
as long as I keep moving along.
It’s like we all need that fear of going under or being swept down stream to maintain the willingness to stay a float and truly live.

Keep testing the water Harlow, and let your feet touch the ground along the way. 💕

The river is not deep, the current is not strong, and you are finding the strength you need to forward as needed. Though sometimes we have the option to float or go with the flow. You are safe.

I get this. You’ve got the path…just seems rather invisible perhaps…all unfolds as we move forward. That bend on the river is always interesting to navigate.

Good, great Harlon ~
Your humble wisdom helps me (and others no doubt) find greater strength in the treading of the waters.
And you…the course you set is very fine. Never fear the pull downstream…
The flow is the way.
Illusive as though it feels at any given time.
You’ve certainly found it here!
Grateful!

That does sound like a much more glorious path of least resistance. Merci Dominique, et aussu Virgil (l’oiseau, dit bonjour).
