I went for a wonderful hike today along the Bruce Trail with my sister. For someone who struggles with winter, it was a sheer delight to see the early spring woodland flowers begin to bloom. The beginning of life. The rebirth of the senses. As the day comes to an end, I feel serene, healthy and grateful.
I’ll let the flora and fauna do the rest of the talking. Yes, we did see three deer but I didn’t get their picture, but it blows my mind and I love it that they are still living and surviving out in the wild not far from me.
