This is true, Harlon. I have a joke with a few friends at work that the customer’s cost for a given task should be set by our heart rate (stress level) while performing it. The analogy being that stress is a transient pressure on the system, and shouldn’t be a sustained reality. And that someone should pay for it! ha!
