I have learned this many times. Still learning. Worry just adds stress. I’ll think I’m planning or problem solving, and worry sneaks in wearing a disguise telling me I must be prepared for the worst. What a waste of time! Thanks for helping me clarify this. Maybe I’ll catch worry sooner and say, there, there, go out and play!

omg girl, i’ve been worried about what shoes to wear, should I wear underwear today? should I play Mariah Carey or Beyonce?… i’ve been such a worrying mess lately
