Omnipresent

moment

Just be with

how I feel.

Time passes.

I can remain still.

I still remain.

I stay there until

one moment becomes the next

being with what I feel.

  1. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I am struck by the complexity of our shared task, by the necessity of holding diversity and living inclusively. So often policy makers have a very narrow bandwidth. And thank you for following my blog.

  2. Sounds like your mindfulness is paying off! You remind me that staying with the moment allows it to pass – we watch it pass- whereas running from the moment, we don’t get to observe the passing. Lots of benefits to being still.
