Everything Is Destroyed So It Can Be Rebuilt

Today I forgot know who I am.

Am I peanut butter and jam?

Am I green eggs and ham?

It seems I get a lot of spam.

What does that say about me?

My leisure, my activity.

I am me

you are you

does that make us we?

Then, whatever will we do?

I think I should take a ย nap.

I feel like I might have a heart attack.

Attack of the killer bees?

Attack of the heeby-geez?

Attack of the caring and the kindness.

Me and being mindless.

I think I meant to sayย loving kindness,

but what I feel is a stress

that makes me wonder who I am,

why do I still feel that I don’t fit in.

Anxious if I stay

anxious if I go away.

Neither here nor there is not a good place to stay.

I would love to hold your hand and talk for days. You are the most interesting man, your fortitude to survive shows in every pain filled post. Please know I care about you, think of you often and most importantly I’m always here for you. Reach out to me, we are Survivors for a reason and we have so much to offer each other and everyone who follows you. Survivors Blog Here is for us, to learn, mend and help by sharing our story. Everyone has a story worth hearing.
I’ve secured both sites from Hacker, Daniel & I are cleaning up the site. I am more dedicated than ever before to share experiences we could face at any time.
Have a great trip, breath the air in deep and let your mind be free to enjoy the moment.
I’ve reblogged this post for you.

    1. Yes, I think the heart is the foundation – and whether other parts of life are renovation, innovations, destructions, the heart is what grounds and unlike walls that protect us, it is the wall that keeps us standing strong. Merci! Plus de bises, Harlon
